CALL FOR PAPERS
It is a great pleasure to extend to you a warm invitation to join The 2025 IEEE International Conference on Signals and Systems (ICSigSys), to be held Hybrid Conference (Bali and Virtual Conference), Novemver 6-8, 2025.
The conference provides a place for presenting recent and novel works in various areas of theoretical and applied signal processing and systems.
ICSigSys 2025 is organized and sponsored by the IEEE Signal Processing Society (SPS) Indonesia Chapter. ICSigSys 2025 has a strong foundation of bringing together industry and academia.
Prospective authors are invited to submit original technical papers for presentation at the conference and publication in the conference proceedings.
After peer review process, accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINE PAPER TYPE
Short Papers: Short Papers are 4 – 5 pages in length using the IEEE paper template including a short reference section. This paper type is appropriate for sharing early stage results from research / projects, work in progress or a snapshot of interim results, experiences and perspectives.
Full Papers: Full Papers are 6 – 7 pages in length using the IEEE paper template including a full reference section. This paper type is appropriate for sharing mature work or analysis of results from completed projects. Full papers should include a clear methodology section and literature review, comparing results against published literature.
PAPER SUBMISSION
Submitted papers (for both regular and short paper) are subject to a blind reviewed process handled by an international technical program committee. The maximum length of the camera-ready version is 7 pages without incurring additional page charges (maximum 1 additional page with over length page charge of USD 100 if accepted). For short paper type, the paper length is from 4-5 including references. Papers exceeding 12 pages will not be accepted at EDAS. Conference proceedings that meet IEEE quality review standards may be eligible for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. The IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference. Please use the standard IEEE conference proceedings templates for Microsoft Word or LaTeX format on A4 size pages founded at https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html
IMPORTANT
The EDAS submission system only accepts PDF documents. Do not use a font size smaller than 9 points, including figure captions. For the main body of the document, 10 point font size is preferred. Do not include any page numbers or headers and footers. If you use MS Word, please use the most current version, which will help reduce Word-to-PDF conversion issues such as embedded fonts, bookmarks, etc. All fonts must be embedded into the document. If you generate figures with MATLAB and export them using the “File/Export” menu, MATLAB will produce pdfs without embedded fonts. In order to include your fonts in the exported figures, use the following MATLAB command: export_fig(gcf,’FontMode’,’fixed’,’FontSize’,10,’Color’,’filename.pdf’)
PUBLICATION
Prospective authors are invited to submit original technical papers for presentation at the conference and publication in the conference proceedings. At least one author of each accepted papers must register for the conference to be included in the program. Accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
PUBLICATION POLICIES
To ensure appropriate consideration of conflicts of interest during the review process, the ComSoc prohibits changes to the list of authors once a paper has been submitted for review during review, revision, or (if accepted) final publication. The author list may be changed only prior to the submission deadline. To be published in the ICSigSys Conference Proceedings, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. Accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
